Asagi

- Asagi is a character in the original net animation ONA series Double Circle. He is voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto. He is an earnest civil servant working for Kawasaki City in the Smart City Development Section. He struggles to devote himself to the city's environmental initiatives. One rainy day, Asagi meets Tama-chan, who is drenched, and lends her his umbrella. Some time has passed since then, and the two have become friends. He now also knows that she comes from another planet and that he is supposed to help her stop a being that also comes from space. He approaches his new task with a great sense of duty, which is entirely in keeping with his character. The environment and nature are extremely important to him, and he volunteers for topics such as renewable energies and projects such as the Smart Community Project, which is about the efficient use of energy. He is also the good soul among his friends, making sure that Nanoha doesn't play too many pranks and is generally always there for the others.
